Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm.
New business:
No building in village without building permit - any type
$300.00. exception not recognized anymore.
Soil map available from Fischer soil conservation - more
money - will not be ready until June 13 for village meeting.
County hearing on final plan June 14 on shore line plan or
ordinance.
Fischer says we have to either make up a plan or adopt
county plan.
Is percolation test valid? How good is it? Lino Lakes
talking about percolation test before issuing a building
permit.
Kent Musegades - lives on Mill Road, lives in Jerry Parent's
house - objects to commercial zone any further north than it
• now is. Thinks that property behind (north) of Mrs. Houle's
house should not be zoned commercial, line should be drawn
along from Garage hall east to road.
Village meeting Wednesday June 14, 1972. Planning &
Zoning committee to take Kent Musegade's suggestion under
advisement.

Ordinance for sewer pollution control, state wants village
to make ordinance forbidding any and all sewage not run
through a drain field from going into a public ditch. All
tanks must be pumped. Bob LaMotte would not make a motion.
Village to w invite state man to a village meeting.
