Meeting called to order at 7:30 pm
Discussion with Joe LaCasse on bldg. permit fee - 1.50 per M or 2.00 per M plus surtax
.0005 1/2 mill against value of bldg. Need for a plumbing inspector pointed out. Contractor
pays plumbing inspector fee in the village of Lino Lakes.
On site disposal systems are main need for issuing bldg permits. Percolator tests? Purge
tests? State, PI.PiS.S.D. & County health dept. are all on village councils back.
Perrant & Schilling preliminary sketch presented by Jerry Perrant & Jim Schilling
Preliminary sketch has been accepted with the understanding that they will bring in a
surveyed map that can be presented to the village engineer with all necessary elevations lot
"nes and surveys , easements, etc. They agreed to build on every other lot until such time
the sewer situation will be resolved. It was suggested the percolation tests be made for
a.. self contained sewer systems. Building inspector should also inform prospective builders
to set sewer outlet lines on the street side of the houses to enable hooking up to sewer when
it comes in.
