Because of cost for new formed families, over 200 building
codes in State of Minnesota, all building inspectors have
to be certified under state civil service commission (last
day 4/2R/71.

Code goes into effect 7 -1 -72
farm building - exempted except for wiring and inspection
National electric is adopted by reference
State will certify manufactured housing
Modular homes have to have serialized metal certification
Definition of a farm building - 1971 Chapter 561
A building or dwelling on land, agricultural is 10 acres
or more, smaller if it is not in a residential area
