PLANNING & ZONING MEETING
Called to order at 7:20 p.m. by Chairman, Walter Pracher

Question:asked of the Village Council is: What does council want
the committee to do?
Answer:Plan for:•light industry - commercial - single dwelling units -
multiple dwellings - trailor courts - try to set out areas for each.
The Mayor, Fred Bunker, suggested we contact and use the village
attorney when needed. Fred Bunker also stated that county 14 or
Main Street will be rebuilt into a 9 ton road. ( Information received
from the county.)
Expect sewer in about August of 1973.
lake up platting ordinance - checking county and state requirements.
Village board and Metro sewer board will have a meeting at 7:00 p.m.
3/13/72.
Side light of meeting of 3/13/72 council suggested that we incorporate into
ordinance the following: anyone having land of 5 acres or over will have
to be living on or near the property if they are going to keep livestock
on it.
John Peterson trying to figure out what to do with property south of Main
St. Sell lots or the whole thing.
