Planning Zoning Committee Meeting
Meeting called to order by chairman, Walter Pracher
Members Present:
Walter Pracher
Gordy Rehbein
Ken Carpenter
Bob LaMotte
Absent:
Fran Burque and one member of the village council.
Minutes of meeting of 1/18/72 accepted as read with one correction.
The secretary forgot to record that Walter Pracher could get S.E.S.
Soils maps for the village.
Bill Rehbein's property, south of Main St., zoned commercial at the
time the code was written up. This is according to information Walter
Pracher was able to obtain from the minutes of past years. Much of it
was very vague.
Updating will have to start as of now, with modifications due to lack of
information in past minutes.
Walter Pracher brought in a copy of the Lino Lakes Ordinaces. The
question arose as to whether or not the village should rewrite the
present ordinace or up date it.
Does the village have a set pattern for future streets?
Park land set up - Are the county & village making plans? Metro council
appears to be.
Roy Richard Baber and George Michael Kolb attended the meeting to request
a variance on Lot 2 block 1 of LaMottes first addition. The request
read as such:
Change lot width from 100' to 90' on lot #2. Total square footage
will be 14,580 sq. ft. Request a variance on lot #3 to change building
set back on property line from 10' to 7 1/2'.
Motion made by Gordy Rehbein and 2nd by Ken Carpenter to recommend the
council accept these 2 variances. Approved.
Zoning committee to go to village meeting to get instructions and directions
as to what the P.& Z. should do, rewrite code - amend it - how much
should be zoned industrial - residential. Operating funds?

EASEMENT
In consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other consideration
Daniel J. Tourville and Della T. Tourville, husband and wife,
County of Washington, and R & 0 Sales, Inc., a Minnesota corporation
and First Guaranty Corporation, a Minnesota corporation do hereby
give and convey unto Francis E. Tourville, his heirs and assigns,
a temporary easement for roadway purposes upon and over a strip
of land situated in Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows:
The South 30 feet of the West 600 feet of the South 1/2
of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 23,
Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota.
This easement shall expire and terminate upon the approval and
filing of the final plat of Center Oaks I.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties of the first part have here-
unto set their hands this day y of July, 1974.

of the street connected with this proposal at this time. I am
enclosing a Grant of Easement for a 33 foot right of way along
the south line of the described parcel. I will have this executed
by Dan and Della Tourville, if this meets with your approval, and
have the same recorded.
I also include an executed deed to the son, Francis, and ask that
L4g note your acceptance of the proposition for recording.
I understand that with this done, the property will be ready for
recording and issuance of a building permit.
