MEETING MINUTES
TUESDAY, JANUARY 4, 1994
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Centerville held their regular meeting
on Tuesday, January 4, 1994 at the City Hall. Chairperson
Tourville called the meeting to order at 7:20 p.m. Present:
Drilling, Lamotte, Vermeulen. Absent: Welk.
MINUTES:
November 2. 1993 meeting minutes.
Motion by Drilling, second by LaMotte to approve the November 2,
1993 the meeting minutes, motion carried unanimously.
December 7. 1993 meeting minutes.
Motion by Drilling, second by LaMotte to approve the December 7,
1993 meeting minutes, motion carried unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS:
Ordinance 14. Article 7 - DEFINITIONS.
Motion by Tourville, second by Drilling to table discussion of
Ordinance *4, Article 7 - DEFINITIONS, motion carried
unanimously.
NEW BUSINESS:
Senior Housing.
Chairperson Tourville discussed how senior housing came about.
ADJOURN:
Motion by Tourville, second by LaMotte to adjourn the meeting,
motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned 8:06 p.m.
