Commission of the City of Centerville held their regular meeting

on Tuesday, October 13, 1992 at the City Hall. Chairperson
meeting to order at 7:10 Tourville called the m�_,ing .o .m. Present: p
LaMotte, Vermeulen, Welk. Absent: Drilling.
• MINUTES
Motion by Vermeulen, second by LaMotte to approve the September
8, 1992 meeting minutes, motion carried unanimously.
OLD BUSINESS
Revjew of Ordinance #4. Article 4. 5 and 6
The Planning and Zoning Commission members discussed possible
changes to Ordinance #4, Article 4, 5 and 6.
It appeared to be in consensus that at the next meeting Ordinance
#4, Article 7 would be reviewed.
City Staff shall ask the Building Inspector for input regarding
revision of Ordinance #4, Article 7. It was also suggested that
examples from other cities with regard to definitions may be
helpful.
ADJOURN
Motion by Vermeulen, second by Welk to adjourn the meeting,
motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned 3:00 p.m.
