Commission of the City of Centerville held their regular meeting
on Monday, March 25, 1991 at the City Hall- Chairperson
Tourville called the meeting to order at 7:04 p.m. Present:
Wilharber, Welk. Absent: Drilling, Vermeulen.
It was noted that page six of the proposed amendments to the
Planned Unit Development section of Ordinance 04 as discussed at
the March 5, 1991 meeting was missing. It was also noted that
page six of the proposed amendment did not contain any changes.
OLD BUSINESS
Multi - Family Dwellings
The Planning and Zoning Commission discussed the proposed
Appendix C - Multi- Family Dwellings to Ordinance #4 in detail.
A copy of the result of their discussion is attached to and made
a part of these minutes.
Discussion on an example of an ordinance which would rezone the
property based upon the PUD /Subdivision agreement /plan. This is
an example ordinance addressing should the developer violate the
agreement or change the PUD plan the rezoning would be void, the
property would go back to the original zoning.
It appeared to be consensus of the Planning and Zoning Commission
members present that this could be to restrictive. If the PUD
plan was changed the developer would have to apply again for
rezoning.
$et Date for Public Hearing
Motion by Wilharber, second by Welk to schedule public hearing on
April 22, 1991, 7:00 p.m. at the City Hall regarding the proposed
amendments to Ordinance #4, Article 5 Planned Unit Developments
and Appendix C - Multi - family Dwellings, motion carried
unanimously.
Motion by Wilharber, second by Welk to cancel the April 2, 1991
regular meeting and to re- schedule to coincide with the April 22,
1991 meeting, motion carried unanimously.

Motion by Wilharber, second by Welk to adjourn the meeting,
motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourn 9:00 p.m.
