APPEARANCES
Sonny DaBruzzi of Ro - -So Contracting, Inc., and Dan Hollihan of
Deh -wood Cabinets, 7137 - 20th Avenue North, were present to
discuss the notice from the City to the cabinet shop to vacate
the Ro -So building by December 10, 1987. The reason being that
the cabinet shop is in a Commercial Zone and should be in an
Industrial Zone.
The City Attorney has advised that the only way the shop can stay
is if Ordinance #4 is amended to include light manufacturing in a
Commercial Zone or rezone the land to Industrial.
After a lengthy discussion it was decided that Mr. DaBruzzi
should come in to City Hall tomorrow and ask to be put on the
Agenda for the December 9 Council Meeting. The P &Z Commission
members feel they do not have enough information to handle this
situation.
Note: It was decided that when Ordinance #4 is revamped it will
include a definition for Construction Businesses.
