Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Centerville held a special meeting to
discuss the proposed Tax Increment Financing Plan for the
proposed water system in the City of Centerville on Wednesday,
September 23, 1987 at City Hall. Chairman Tourville called the
meeting to order at 5 :20 p.m. Present: Vermeulen, Lindgren,
Welk. Absent: Buessler.
Motion by Tourville, second by Vermeulen that the proposed Tax
Increment Financing Plan for the proposed water system in the
City of Centerville is concurrent with the overall objectives of
the City with regard to encouraging development in the community,
motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Welk, second by Vermeulen to adjourn the meeting,
motion carried unanimously. Meeting adjourned 5:35 p.m.
