Gerald Rehbein, Developer of the proposed Acorn Creek •
Development, was present. Mr_ Rehbein noted the following:
- At the April 7, 1993 Rice Creek Watershed District
meeting it was noted that the R_C.W_S_ will not allow

the drainage pond. There are to be no trees in the
middle of the proposed drainage pond_
- There is not to be a trail from Peltier Lake Drive to
the proposed park.
- The land designated for the trail will be added to the
proposed park land.
The Park and Recreation Committee would like to see a trail from
Peltier Lake Drive to Ojibway Road as a minimum requirement.
Ideally, the trail would go to the proposed park land. In order
to do this, the City Council would need to make adjustments_ The
Park and Recreation Committee noted that Mr. Rehbein should be
contacted if there are any questions_ If there is not a trail
from Peltier Lake Drive to Ojibway Road there will be no "real" •
access from Peltier Lake Drive.
Ted Erkenbrack, 7377 Peltier Circle, was present. Mr. Erkenbrack
