Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the Park and Recreation
Committee of the City of Centerville held a special meeting on
July 17, 1990 at the Central Park Warming House. Chairman Dixon
called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m. Present: Drilling,
Reisdorfer, LeTendre, Downing.
NIGHT GQT.F FUND RATSER
- Pat Downing is in charge of the brochure /flyer.
- Linda Drilling is in charge of publication.
- All information needs to be given to Tamara M. Milts-
Miller, Clerk /Administrator by August 1, 1990 for the
City Newsletter.
- Two date: September 7, 1990 and October 5, 1990.
- $20 fee includes green fees, (9 holes), door prizes,
one glow ball, glow tee and glow stick.
- Checks are to be sent to Pat Downing.
- Questions can be answered by Neil Reisdorfer or Pat
Downing.
- Golfers should meet at Chominoix Golf Course at 8:00
p.m.
- People getting door prizes:
- Jerry LeTendre - Circle Pines
- Mark Verplaetse - Lexington
- Linda Drilling - Centerville
- Pat Downing - Hugo
- Proceeds for Centerville Parks.
GRAND OPENING
- Games, volleyball, concessions
- September 8, 1990 - 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Hockey rink dedication to Dick Garly
- Jerry LeTendre will get sign for hockey rink
- In warming house a list of all volunteers will be
posted
j991 BUDGET
- Total money needed (to be asked for from the City
Council) is $34,000.00
- Tentative line items were worked on, will be finalized
and given to the City Council by August 15, 1990.
