The meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.rn.
Motion by Smith to accept. April 1989 minutes as presented.
Second by Kupfer.
No member of the P &k Committee received a list of agenda for the
May meeting. Therefore, we discussed the most current business,
and kept the meeting short.
Jerry has stated that Anoka County has approved the use of the
golf course for the P &R Glow Golf Tournament, to be held during
June. Motion by Dan to buy the golf materials needed for
adequate supply; second by Smith. Motion by LeTendre to charge
$22 per person for entry into the tournament; second by Dixon.
Estimated net profit from the first fund- raiser is $1,000. The
question of what to do with the funds was asked. Motion by
LeTendre to get bids on putting in a sewer at the Central Park
facilities. Unanimously accepted.
All other business tabled until June.
Meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
