Tuesday, January 12, 1987 7:00 p.m.

Because there was not a quarum, an official meeting was not called to
order. However, the following was discussed:
Rink attendants L'Allier and Rehbein were present so we could discuss a
number of complaints and to establish policies to handle these complaints.
(We also met Jan. 15 with the Mayor and two Lino Lakes police to further
inform and address these problems).
Since no official business could be handled we closed the meeting without
further discussion.
In the mean time Pelton surveyed many people by phone to find
replacements for Kruger and Welk (Lloyd has choosen not to serve any more
too). There hes been much favorable responce to the needs of the Park and
Recreation Committee. As of Monday, Jan 26, Asleson said that she does
not want to serve any more either. As a result Koch and Pelton have
choosen to interview the potential committee candidates at our February
meeting, since so many replacements are needed and a cohesive committee
is essential. We will submit our proposal at the following Council
meeting, hoping to have a full committee by March.
