'telephone. He said he had left notes with his timecard. Re will handle
bill -with Debbie..
Will get quotes on outdoor toilet facilities for ballfields , which should
be instilled mid — April.
The attfched copy of bylaws_ were formulated for Council's review.
Discussion on playgrottd equipment for Royal Meadows Tot Lot, as well as,
ltot'on Mill Road if`'w @.have m for both. The need for a citizen group
at'Royai Meadows to'keep area mowed and supervized brought about drafting
a 'letter inviting interested people from Royal Meadows to attend our nett
meeting — April 9th. , ,The money budgeted for Tot Lot will hopefully
cover -Sod, swing set, slide, and sandbox. Maureen will call to get current
catalogs before ordering equipment„

Liability insurance needs to be checked, ax to the City's coverage On
park equipment.
