BE IT RESOLVED that his resolution is not for the purpose of preventing or inhibiting normal operations of City staff or persons assigned to conduct business for the City but is to protect the liability of the City of Centerville from illegal and unethical actions by persons assigned to perform duties for the City or in the name of the City.
