CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-02 <br />January, 1.995 <br />WHEREAS, Gem Lake Hills Golf Course has applied for renewal of an.On- <br />Sale: Liquor License and :Special Sunday On -Sale Liquor License for the <br />period 01 January 1995 bo 31 D.ecember.1995, and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has paid all fees and met all requirements of <br />the application process, and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has operated said establishment without incident <br />during. 1994. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake does hereby approve issuance of the following licenses to the Gem <br />Lake Hills, Inc.: <br />On -Sale Liquor License. <br />Special.
