CITY ❑F GEM LAKE: <br />RESOLUTION NO 95 -- 07 <br />January, 1995 <br />WHEREAS; the City pf Gem Lake operates and maintains a municipal <br />sanitary sewer as a public utility for the benefit of it's residents, <br />and <br />WHEREAS; the cost of operating said sanitary sewer is determined by the <br />Metropolitan Waste Control Commission (MWCC) annually based upon it's <br />costs of Operation, and <br />WHEREAS, current and future maintenance costs are the responsibility of <br />the City af. Gem Lake, and <br />WHEREAS, funding of operating and maintenance costs is derived from <br />local sewer user charges established by resolution of the Gem Lake City <br />Council. <br />NOW THEREFORE BB XT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City o:f.Gem <br />Lake does hereby approve the following rates and fees to be set for the <br />use ofthe municipal sanitary sewer system operated as a public utility <br />by the City Of Ger Lake, said rates to be effective at the next billing <br />date for services. <br />1995 RESIDENTIAL SEWER CHARGES <br />Municipal Sanitary Sewer Charge $ 100.00 p:er Unit. <br />1995..COMMERCIAL/INDUSTRIAL SERVICE CHARGE <br />Municipal Sanitary Sewer Charge $ 100.00 per Unit <br />1995 METERED SANITARY SEWER CHARGE <br />Municipal Sanitary Sewer Charge $ 1.00.per 1,000.gallons <br />1995 INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH USER CHARGE <br />Municipal Sanitary Sewer Charge Per MWCC Schedule. <br />1995 RELATED FEES AND PERMITS <br />Municipal Sewer Connection Charge <br />Municipal Sewer Connection Permit <br />Municipal Sewer Inspection Permit <br />Municipal Sewer Reinspection Fee <br />Municipal Sewer Contractor License <br />$ 500.00 per connection <br />$ 50.00 per permit <br />$ 50.00 per permit <br />$ 40.00 per hour <br />$ 100.00 per year <br />
