CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO . 9 5; -- 0 6 <br />January, 1995. <br />WHEREAS, Hoffman Corner Oil Company has applied for renewal of a <br />Cigarette License for the period 01 January 1995 to 31 December 1995, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has paid all fees and Met all requirements of <br />the application process, and <br />WHEREAS,: said applicant has operated said establishment without incident <br />during 1994. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake does. hereby approve issuance of the following licenses to Hoffman. <br />Corner ail Company: <br />Cigarette License ��rr <br />The foregoing resolution offered by Councilmember mW and <br />supported by CouncilMember C] was declared carried on the <br />23rd day of Jaz7uary., 199.5 on .t:he ollOwing vote: <br />AYES <br />land Birkebak <br />NAYS.
