CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-08 <br />WHEREAS; the. City of Gem Lake currently operates a Curbside Recycling. Program for <br />all single family residences 'within the City, and <br />WHEREAS., the City Council realizes that increased public education and <br />participation in the program is in the best ln.tereste of all citizens and wishes: <br />to expand our current. Recycling: Program; and <br />WHEREAS; our current .budge.t includes cuts from state and county agencies who have. <br />previously assisted the City financia11y in it's efforts to operate, increase <br />participation in, and expansion of the City's Recycling.Program, and <br />WHEREAS, the Division of Solid Waste of the Ramsey County Department of Public <br />Health has .made certain funds available for qualified Recycling ;Programs Within <br />the County.. <br />NOW.
