A request to the White Bear Lions Club to co -fund the purchase of defibrillator sent by Law Enforce- <br />ment Chair Birkebak was thenpresented and is attached hereto as Exhibit "J"; <br />The Final 1996 Budget, ratified and adopted in. December, was presented for record. <br />Mayor Emeott then reported that he attended the recent Annual Meeting of VLAWMO on Wednes- <br />day, January 17th and found it quite informative. <br />The Treasurer's Report, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "K", and indicating a balance <br />in the General Fund of $76,177.18 and in the Sewer Fund of $32,127.03 was unanimously approved. <br />Payment of bills totaling $10,374 45 and attached hereto as Exhibit "L" was, upon motion duly made <br />and seconded, unanimously approved. <br />There being no further business and upon motion duly made (Birkebak) and seconded (Igo), the <br />meeting was adjourned at 8 10 pm. <br />AUTHORED: 16 January 1996. <br />APPROVED: 26 February. 1996 <br />ATTEST: <br />ATTEST: <br />F‘xe <br />Frederic C. : • nuson Paul R.
