continue to pursue. The Clerk reported that Rob Hansen has a potential client for the property on Scheuneman Road adjacent White Bear Floral. The client is RADCO, a retailer of pickup truck accessories. Rob was asked to show good faith and go through the process as defined and was also advised that the RWMWD conditions of filling have not yet been completed and must be done prior to any issuance of permits. Mayor Emeott then reported on a Volunteer Policing meeting to be held and the concept of commu- nity policing was discussed with no action taken. Upon motion duly made (Birkebak) and seconded (Nielsen), an expenditure of $80 was approved for Mayor Emeott to attend a PIanning Seminar put on by the Government Training Service. After discussion and upon motion duly made (Birkebak) and seconded (Nielsen), Resolution No. 96- 08, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and which establishes certain fees to be charged by the City, was unanimously adopted. After discussion and upon motion duly made (Nielsen) and seconded (Birkebak), Resolution No. 96- 09, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and which restricts parking along County Road "E" in Gem Lake was unanimously adopted. Upon motion duly made (Nielsen) and seconded (Birkebak), the 1995 Unaudited Financial Report, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "C", was unanimously approved. The Treasurer's Report, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "D", and indicating a balance in the General Fund of $75,424.20 and in the Sewer Fund of $32,353.24 was, upon motion duly made (Birkebak) and seconded (Nielsen), unanimously approved. Payment of bills totaling $22,490.49 and attached hereto as Exhibit "E" was, upon motion duly made (Nielsen) and seconded (Birkebak), unanimously approved. There being no further business and upon motion duly made (Birkebak) and seconded (Nielsen), the meeting was adjourned at 8.41 pm.
