Clerk Magnuson then presented a survey being conducted by Ramsey County investment services and <br />their interest in possibly combining with local jurisdictions to create a larger portfolio to enhance the return <br />to all parties. The Clerk indicated he would return the completed survey and await further communication <br />from the County. <br />Clerk Magnuson then reported on the Ramsey County Radon Education Program. The Council noted <br />that this was old news and felt support was unnecessary. <br />The Clerk then noted the June 3rd meeting of the Ramsey County Charter Commission. <br />Discussion then followed regarding 1996 Septage Inspections with no action taken. <br />The Treasurer's Report, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "F", and indicating a balance <br />in the General Fund of $51,637.40 and in the Sewer Fund of $33,592.41 was, upon motion duly made <br />(Birkebak) and seconded (Nielsen), unanimously approved. <br />Payment of bills totaling $6,269.22 and attached hereto as Exhibit "G" was, upon motion duly made <br />(Nielsen) and seconded (Birkebak), unanimously approved. <br />The next meeting of the City Council will be on Monday, 20 May 1996 at 7:00 pm. <br />There being no further business and upon motion duly made (Birkebak) and seconded (Nielsen), the <br />meeting was adjourned at 8:07 pm. <br />AUTHORED: 16 April 1996 <br />APPROVED: 20 May 1996 <br />ATTEST: <br />Frederic C.
