unanimously adopted. Following discussion and upon motion duly made (Nielsen) and seconded (Kunit), <br />Resolution No. 96-14, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "E", was unanimously adopted. The <br />Clerk was then directed to contact the City Engineer for map revisions. <br />Ordinance requirements for 1997 were then discussed, including: recodification; landscape; model <br />telecommunications; occupancy permit, of road vehicles; and, deer herd maintenance. Following the final <br />adoption of the Comprehensive Municipal Plan, revisions may be necessary to the Zoning and Subdivision <br />Ordinances. <br />Following discussion and upon motion duly made (Kunin) and seconded (Nielsen), Resolution No. <br />96-16, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "F", was unanimously adopted. <br />Mayor Enzeott then reported that a complaint about snow plowing had been received from Tom <br />Hansen. The Clerk was directed to follow up and correct or report any problems with Vadnais Heights. <br />Magnuson then reported that no Truth -In -Taxation Hearing is required of Gem Lake due to changes <br />in state statutes for cities under 500 in population. <br />Magnuson then reported that he and Treasurer Nordstrom rolled investments forward to January, <br />1997 so that all maturity dates will be the same. Investments currently total: $17,855.72 in the Parks & <br />Playground Fund; $62,691.62 in the Sewer Fund; and, $ 123,215.4.4 in the General Fund. Total investments <br />equal $ 203,762.78, <br />Mr, Nordstrom was then recognized. The Treasurer's Report, a copy of which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "G", and indicating abalance in the City's General Fund of $29,358.4.7 and in the City's Sewer Fund <br />of $19,134,00 was, upon motion duly made (Igo) and seconded (Nielsen), unanimously approved. <br />Payment of bills totaling $10,802.07 and attached hereto as Exhibit "Ii" was, upon motion duly <br />made ([go) and seconded (Nielsen), unanimously approved, <br />The next meeting of the City Council will be on Tuesday, 17 December 1996 at 700 pm.
