We summarized the concept in the 1-351' report and provided additional inforouticr in <br />letters dated May 9, 19995 and September 10,1996. After considerable discussion, we wouldpropose <br />the following as a general schedule of meetings for the CMT. <br />dpnuj.ry Meeting <br />This meeting would be focused on roadway projects. M.wDOT, Met Council and Ramsey County <br />would by requested to provide an update of the status of projects and programs for roadway <br />construction and maintenance. Met Council could also provide info on area trends for traffic and <br />growth. The involved communities could also provide input on road projects within their <br />communities. Attendance by ltdjacent communities or counties such as Washington and Anoka <br />Counties and Lino Lakes in Hugo could also be rcqucsted. <br />Mara Mphir <br />This meeting would .he oriented primarily to land use. Development proposals and the status of <br />approved development would be provided from. the Eve communities. In addition, the <br />comprehensive plan update status fur each of the communities should be provided. Data sheets <br />should be completed by this meeting and submitted to the team. Regional and local land use issues <br />could also be discussed at the mecti ig. Hugo and lino i.akcs could be invited to attend and provide <br />input. <br />M,yyee 'rig <br />At this meeting, trends and assumptions would be discussed. SEH would provide an update, which <br />tvould. be in writing and could be added to the Corridor report. Traffic volumes and trends,: the <br />validity of assumptions used in the model and the report, and other factors which couId affect the <br />balance between marls and land use should be discussed.
