CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 97-13 <br />20 October 1997 <br />WHEREAS, Mr. & Mrs. Michael Larkin of 1385 East County Road "E" of this city did receive approval <br />for a preliminary plan for subdivision of the aforementioned lands in May, 1997 from this City Council; and <br />WHEREAS, said approval did allow: for extension(s) of said approval by the City Council from time -to time <br />for periods not to exceed six (6) months in accordance with City ordinances; and <br />WHEREAS, the purchaser of said lands have requested in writing that the approval granted in May, 1997 <br />be extended to May, 1998.. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake does by means <br />of this resolution extend the aforementioned approval of a preliminary plan for subdivision of the lands <br />associated with 1385 East County Road "E said extension being valid through 18 May 1998. <br />
