Motion by Birkebak, Second by Nielsen to pursue the matter with clarification of procedures <br />was unanimously approved, <br />Nordstrom. presented the Treasurer's Report, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "C", and indicating a balance <br />in the City'sGeneral Fund of$55,051.3.9 and in the City's Sewer Fund of $42,230.10. Motion by Nielsen, Second by Birkebak <br />to approve report was carried unanimously. <br />Payment of bills for March totaling $ 5,829.88: and for April totaling $38,209.77. (including $25,000 sewer transfer to <br />investment fund) and attached hereto as Exhibit "D" was presented. Motion by .Birkebak, Second by Nielsen to approve <br />payments was carried unanimously. <br />Motion by lgo, Second. by Nielsen to accept the Unaudited Financial Statement For 1998 as presented was unanimously <br />carried, Eiiieott encouraged the Clerk to pursuean audit by September, 1998,. <br />The next meeting of the City Council will be on Monday; 18 May 1998 at 7:Q0 pm.
