Following additional discussion and upon motion by Igo and second by Kunin, Resolution No. 98-05, a copy of which. <br />is attached hereto as Exhibit "C", wasadopted by a vote of four. Ayes and one Nay as follows: Nielsen -Aye, Kunin-Aye, Emeott- <br />Nay, Igo -Aye, l3irkebak-Aye. The Clerk was instructed to forward copies of same to Kennedy and Remedios for implementation. <br />Discussion of Alcohol Age -Of -Sale Compliance Checks was tabled to July. <br />Magnuson presented the 1999-2001 Ramsey County Transportation Improvement. Plan which, he .indicated, did not <br />schedule realignment: of. County Road "F" at Scheunenian and Otter Lake Roads, a condition ofturnbacks.acceptance. Magnuson <br />was instructed to write: a letter. to Kirkwald.identifying :concerns thatthis condition will not be met. <br />Discussion of the SEH proposal to develop the Coprehensive Watershed Management Plan addition to the .Comprehen- <br />sive Municipal Plan followed. Motion by Nielsen, Second by Igo to charge SEH with completion at a cost of no more than <br />$.1.2.000 was unanimously approved. Magnuson was charged with communicating with SEH. <br />Nordstrom presented the Ti Report, a copy of which is attachedhereto as Exhibit "D", and indicating a :balance <br />in the. City's General Fund of.S36,442.23 and in the City's Sewer Fund of $22,0.94.14. Motion by Nielsen, Second by S.irkebak. <br />to approve report was carried unanimously. <br />Payment of bills for May totaling $ 11,219.71 and attached hereto .as Exhibit "E" was presented. Motion by Birkebak, <br />Second by Nielsen to approve payments was carried unanimously. <br />Nordstrom then reported that the :accountsreceivable for the sewer fund werein generally goodshape with :Lindholm <br />only three quarters in arrears. <br />Thenext. meeting :of.the City Council will be on Monday, 20 July 1998 at 7:00. pm.
