5.41(1)a That the lot or tract of land to which the connection will be made has been assessed for the cost of construction of the Municipal sanitary sewer system; and 5,41(1)b Ifno assessment has been levied for such construction costs, the proceedings of levying such assessment have been or will be com- pleted in due course; OR 5,41(1)c If no assessment has been levied and no assessment proceedings will be completed in due course, that a sum equal to the portion of the costof constructing said sanitary sewer main, which would be assessable against said lot or tract,, has been paid to the City; OR 5,41(1)d If an assessment for the construction cost of the sewer has been levied, which included a UNIT connection charge for each structure then in existence, that a monetary sum equal to such unit connection charge has be paid for structures not in existence at the time of the assessment. The amount of the UNIT assessment charge shall be as established in the assessment proceedings, or if not so established for any particular type of structure, the UNIT connection charge shall be based on the following formula, using a single family residential dwelling as one UNIT, TABLE 5.41(4)d.
