9.8 Revocation Of License <br />9.8(1) The City Council shall have the power to revoke any license upon satisfactory <br />proof that the holder of said license has willfully violated any of the provisions <br />of this Ordinance. A revoked license shall not be re -instated in any manner for <br />a period of six (6) months. The failure to pay, within sixty (60) days, any <br />legitimate claim the City of Gem Lake may have against a sewer contractor shall <br />constitute cause for revocation of a license, <br />9.9 Connection Without A License <br />9.9(1) No license shall be required for a homeowner performing work on his own <br />premises in the construction ofa house sewer or shall a license be required of a <br />plumber holding a plumbers license issued by the.
