The sewer use rate, per each 1000 gallons of <br />water, will be set by resolution of the City Council at its first <br />meeting in. January. A minimum charge for each quarter also will <br />be set by resolution of the City Council at its first meeting in <br />January. <br />For a commercial , industrial, institutional. or other user that do <br />not have municipal water, the charges shall be as follows: <br />The user may, at his own expense, install a meter, <br />approved by the City PIumbing Inspector, to measure the amount <br />of water consumption. This meter shall be installed by a <br />registered Plumber and inspected by the Plumbing inspector <br />before any use is allowed. The rate for each 1000 gallons will be <br />set by resolution of the City Council at its first meeting in <br />January. <br />If the commercial, industrial, institutional or other user has more <br />than one source of water for one building or use, each of the <br />sources must be metered and the total amount of water metered <br />be used for calculating sewer rates. <br />
