The Clerk noted that the group currently hunting on residents <br />land is a professional group of "sharp shooters" with significant expertise in removal of deer over population in populated areas <br />and represented their credentials to each land owner interested in abating the problem. Discussion then followed regarding a deer <br />management plan and an ordinance restricting or controlling hunting in Gem lake to avoid problems in the community in the <br />future. The Council agreed to take the matter under advisement. <br />Nordstrom presented the Treasurer's Report, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "E", and indicating a balance <br />in the City's General Fund of $48,848.79 and in the City's Sewer Fund of $23,386.07. Motion by Nielsen, second by Kunin to <br />approve the report was unanimously approved. <br />Payment of bills for August totaling $ 10,478.19 and attached hereto as Exhibit "F" was presented.
