CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Gem Lake has <br />charitable organizations within the city, <br />94-04 <br />approved lawful gambling by <br />and <br />WHEREAS, all lawful gambling within the city limits of the City of <br />Gem Lake is subject to all laws and ordinances of the State of <br />Minnesota, the County of Ramsey, and the City of Gem Lake, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Gem Lake intends to allow <br />gambling by charitable organizations to continue during 1994, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Gem Lake reserves the <br />right to suspend or revoke the gambling license or gambling exemption of <br />any organization upon review and due process. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br />Gem Lake, Ramsey, Minnesota hereby approves the following gambling <br />licenses: <br />GAMBLING LICENSES LOCATION <br />Lions Club of White Bear Lake The Country Lounge <br />The foregoing resolution offered by Councilmember Iqo <br />supported by Councilmember Birkebak , was declared carried on the <br />day of January, 1994 on the following vote: <br />Patrick Igo <br />Paul Emeott <br />ATTEST: <br />NAYS ABSTENTIONS <br />Roland Birkebak Roland Birkebak <br />Clare Nielsen Clare Nielsen <br />John McPhillips John McPhillips <br />Patrick Igo <br />Paul Emeott <br />Paul Emeott, Mayor <br />Patrick Igo <br />Paul Emeott <br />Fredericon, City Clerk <br />and <br />17h <br />I, Frederic Magnuson, the duly qualified Clerk of the City of Gem <br />Lake, County of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, do hereby certify that the <br />foregoing is a true and correct copy of Resolution 94-04 passed by the <br />City Council on the 17th day of January, 1994. <br />Frederic Ma xiun, City Clerk <br />
