CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-07 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 2004-01 <br />24 May 2004, Resolution No. 2004-05. <br />Installation of Municipal Sanitary Sewer pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. The sanitary sewer would be <br />constructed along and in the right-of-way of Scheuneman Road commencing at it's intersection with Kahl Circle and <br />thence southerly approximately 2,100 feet to a point adjacent the south entrance to Hillary Farm, located at 384] <br />Scheuneman Road. The area proposed to be served and assessed is all real property with addresses from 3841 <br />Scheuneman Road through. 4031 Scheuneman Road and 4039 Scheuneman Road (Gem Lake Hills Golf Course). The <br />estimated cost of the improvement is $600,000. A reasonable estimate ofthe impact of the improvement and assessment <br />was made available at a public hearing. <br />21 June 2004, Resolutions No. 2004-11 and No. 2004-12 <br />Installation of Municipal. Sanitary Sewer pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. The sanitary sewer would be <br />constructed along and in the right-of-way of Scheuneman. Road commencing at it's intersection with Kahl Circle and <br />thence northerly approximately 1,000 feet to the point of intersection of Scheuneman Road and. Otter Lake Road. The <br />area proposed to be served and assessed is all real property with addresses from 4076 Scheuneman Road through 4140 <br />Scheuneman Road. The estimated cost of the improvement is $200,000. A reasonableestimate of theimpact of the <br />improvement and assessment was made available at a public hearing. <br />
