Mayor Emeott, Council members Birkebak, Bosak, <br />Igo and Watson; and Clerk Magnuson were present, Also: present were Planning Commissioners Hoeschier.and Lindner, <br />.Gretchen and Dale SwoinIey, Jim McNulty, Rick Rosow as attorney for Mr. McNulty, and Brian I•Iaijes .of Mr. <br />M cN u lty' s design team. <br />The results of the:.General Election held on 'Tuesday; 02 November 2004, were presented by Magntison.and are <br />attached hereto; Motion by Watson and Second by Igo to accept and certify the results of the General .Election as <br />presented were unanimously approved. <br />There being no #iurthcr business.
