Following review of results or the public hearing held prior to this meetingon this day,. Motion by Bosak, Second by Watson to approve amendment of Ordinance No. 70 and enactment.. of said amendment as Ordinance .No. 708 to become effective on 01 January 2006 with said enactment to be published in theofficial publication of the City as soon as possible. Discussion of Business Licensing followed. The Clerk was ordered to assemble information on Business. License fees charged in other communities .andpresent same within the first quarter of 2006 for Council consideration. The next meeting of the Gem Lake City Council is scheduled for 16 January 2006, a Federal Holiday. Magnuson noted thata similar circumstance exists in .February, 2006. Magnuson presented a. twelve(12j:'montli meeting schedule For 200E as requested. by Councilor Schilling, Following review, Motion by Schilling, Second. by Bosak to adopt the meeting schedule as presented was unanimously approved and ordered published. There being no further business, Motion by Watson, Second by Schillling to adjourn at 8:45 PM was unanimously approved with all present voting Aye.
