The <br />incidents are broken down into Categories and offenses. Also <br />attached are two reports showing all investigations for the <br />entire year 1994;.one for your city and one for all contract <br />cities combined. <br />In comparing the first quarters of the past four years this <br />report shows that the investigation of crimes in the City of <br />Gem Lake remains stable.
