The Clerk then reported he will contact T.A. Schifsky to obtain a <br />bid for street repairs necessary on Big Fox, Little Fox, Haven and <br />Tessier. Relative to Septic Inspections, the Clerk has provided a new <br />voter registration list for Gem Lake from Ramsey County to finalize the <br />data base for inspections to begin in late April or early May. The Clerk <br />has also received a report from Ramsey County Property Taxation regard- <br />ing property ownership, PIN # and street address in the City. <br />Relative to Sewer Billing, the Treasurer and Mayor indicated that. <br />first bills: at newly prescribed rates have been mailed and payments are <br />already being received without comment. <br />Mayor Emeott then presented a request from the Girl Scout Council <br />for official recognition of a Gem Lake youth who will receive a Gold <br />Award on.19 May. The Girl Scout Council has asked a City representative <br />to bepresent and ❑ffer the award plus additional City recognition. <br />The Treasurer's Report, a copy of which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "C" and indicatinga balance in. the .General Fund of $74,973.91 <br />and in the Sewer Fund of $30,4.59.01 was, upon motion duly made and <br />seconded, unanimously approved. <br />Payment of bills totaling $1,852.1O, a copy of which is attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "D", was unanimously approved with amendments. <br />The 1994 Unaudited Financial Statement was then presented and upon <br />motion duly made (.McPhillips) and seconded {Nielsen}, was unanimously <br />approved and ordered for publication in the City's Legal Publication. <br />At the suggestion of Clerk Magnuson, purchase of a Certificate ❑f <br />Deposit in the amount o.f. the Parks & Playgrounds Fund was, upon motion <br />duly made (McPhillips) and .seconded (Igo), unanimously approved.. The <br />Clerk and Treasurer were charged with obtaining same.. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was, upon motion duly <br />made and seconded, adjourned at 840 pm. <br />DATED: 19 April 1994. <br />2 <br />Frederic C.
