Hartford Group (Jason Thomas) Comments: <br />1. Considering primarily residential for the parcels. <br />2. Thinks this is a fantastic site. <br />3. The site has great connections to area highway systems making it very marketable. <br />4. Agrees that the County wants to minimize the amount of traffic added to CRE. <br />5. Doesn't think the market will support much commercial development on these parcels.. <br />6. The parcels could be developed entirely residential. <br />7. 35E construction will add traffic onto CRE next summer. <br />8. Higher density residential would be more appropriate along CRE as a transition to single family homes in the <br />middle and rear portions of the parcels. <br />9. Considering single family homes, single family lofts, senior housing, and popular executive twin homes. <br />10. Would like to furtherdiscuss options for developing the private road area as well - potentially sit down with all <br />vested parties to discuss alternatives. <br />11. No rental units are being considered for the parcels. <br />12. Executive Twin Homes have been very popular for seniors in other developments.. <br />13.
