2) Kevin Dodge asked about the signature he needs for this Minnesota Dealers License. Mayor Emeott <br />explained that the applicant wants to sell cars in a GB-2 district. Heasked how it can bedefined that cars: <br />willbe sold when there are will be no sales lots for the cars. He stated that the request is forretail sale of <br />cars but there are no cars to be storedon the site to sell. Mayor Emeott 'stated that it isa zoning issue and <br />needs to go to the Planning Commission. The applicant stated that by definition. Of the GB-2 district, auto <br />sales are permitted. Mayor Emeott stated :that as Zoning Administrator for the City,hedoes not see.hoiv <br />there can be retail sales with only storage for cars. He noted that a Conditional -Use Permit is needed if <br />there are outside retail sales. He stated that at the present time the City does not allow outdoor sales or <br />storage lot in a GB-2 district. He stated. that Section 10,4. which deals with this is incomplete. <br />Trevor Oliver stated that he will look at the Ordinance.
