D).New :City Ordinances — Accept with. changes: Mayor Emeott stated that the following new ordinances <br />were discussed at the last: City Council Workshop: Ordinance. No. 83, Ordinance No. 84, Ordinance No..85, <br />Ordinance No. 86, and Ordinance No. 91. Motion by Watson, Seconded by Artig-Swomley for approval of the <br />above listed Ordinances with the changes as discussed at the workshop was approved by three voice votes with <br />Councilor Rasmussen abstaining from voting as he was unable to review the changes. <br />E) Resolution 2008-4 to publish summary of new ordinances in White Bear Press: Mayor Emeott requested <br />a motion fora resolution to publish a summary of these new ordinances in the White Bear Press. Motion.. by Watson, <br />Seconded by Artig-Swomley for approval of was unanimously approved by voice vote. <br />F) City Newsletter (Artig-Swomley):.Items for inclusion in the. March Gem Lake. Newsletter include: 1) Open <br />House Story, 2) Profile on Rafferty and his design of city hall, 3) Storm water and septic system. 4) Meet the mayor <br />5) New Ordinances 6) Gateway plan 7) other.
