CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-05 <br />18 <br />MARCH 2008 <br />WHEREAS, Gem Lake Hills LLC has applied for renewal of their On -Sale and Special Sunday <br />On -Sale Liquor Licenses for the period 1/1/08 thru 1/1109, and, <br />WHEREAS, said applicant has been similarly licensed in prior years in the City of Gem Lake, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the applicant has operated the establishment without incident during 2007, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Gem Lake, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota hereby approves renewal of the On -Sale Liquor License and the <br />Special Sunday On -Sale Liquor License for the period 01 January 2008 thru 01 January 2009 <br />The foregoing Resolution was offered by Council Member Hutch Schilling and was supported <br />by Council Member Gretchen Artig-Swomley and was declared adopted upon the following <br />vote: <br />NAME Emeott Watson Rasmussen Schiifing Artig-Sswomley <br />VOTE Aye Not present Not present Aye Aye <br />ATTEST <br />I, William Short, the duly qualified City Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, County of Ramsey, State of <br />Minnesota, do hereby certify that the foregoing resolution is a true and accurate representation of <br />action taken by the City Council of the City of Gem Lake on the date first written. <br />William Short, City Clerk Date <br />
