• Escrow amounts for expenses are used to pay for outside consultants hired by the City to help evaluate items provided for a specific action as well as publication for public hearings and other such expenses. Excess money not used will be returned to the person who paid the escrow at the end of the project. Expenses that exceed the escrow amount will be billed to the applicant at the end of the project. • A Late Charge of $35.00 plus 1% per month will be charged if payment for services billed is not paid within 30 days after invoicing. This billing will be updated every 30 days until it is paid.
