NO. 08-11 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE CITY <br />COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD ON OCTOBER 21 st, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Gem. Lake, Minnesota, was duly held in said City on October 21, 2008, at 7:00 O'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Councilors; Emeott, Artig-Swomley, Rasmussen, Watson <br />and Schilling; and the following members were absent: none. <br />Councilor Schilling introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT FIRE INSPECTION CHARGES <br />(AUDITOR NO, 37090002) TO COUNTY AUDITOR BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL. OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That pursuant to Section 5.3.1, of Ordinance No. 77, the Clerk, is hereby authorized and <br />directed to certify to the. Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent fire Inspections on the <br />following described parcels of real estate in the City of Gem Lake: <br />PROPERTY ID NO, AMOUNT <br />27-30-22-43-0018 108,00 <br />27-30-22-43-0018 108.00 <br />34-30-22-12-0016 108.00 <br />34- 30-22-12-0016 108.00 <br />34-30-22-12-0016 108.00 <br />$ 540.00 <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilor Watson, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilors; Emeott, Watson <br />and Schilling, the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA } <br />f <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY } <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE 3 <br />} <br />1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota, <br />DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing Extract of Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 2lst day of October, 2008, with the <br />original on file In my office and that the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as <br />the same relates to a Resolution directing certification of Delinquent Fire Inspection Charges. <br />WITNESS my hand as such Clerk and the City Clerk's seal this 21st day of October, 2008. <br />f'ITV r'I =Die <br />
