ON OCTOBER 21st, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Gem <br />Lake, Minnesota, was duly held in said City on October 21, 2008, at 7:00 O'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Councilors; Emeott, Watson, Artig-Swomley, Rasmussen <br />and: Schilling; and the following members were absent none, <br />Councilor Schilling introduced the following Resolution and movedits adoption:.. <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT SEWER. CHARGES <br />(AUDITOR NO. 37090001) TO .COUNTY AUDITOR. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF GEM LAKE, MINNESOTA <br />1. That pursuant to Section 4,13.2, of Ordinance No. 64E, the Clerk, is hereby authorized <br />and directed to certify to the Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota, the delinquent sewer charges on the <br />following: described parcels of realestate in the City of Gem Lake: <br />PROPERTY ID NO. AMOUNT <br />27-30-22-43-0014. $ 197.00 <br />27-30.-22-42-0004 539.00. <br />$ 736.00 <br />The motion of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilor Watson, <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilors; Emeott, Watson and. <br />Schilling, the following voted against the same: None. <br />Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />CITY OF GEM LAKE <br />[, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Gem Lake, Minnesota,. <br />DO HEREBY CERTIFY, that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing Extract of Minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 21st day of October, 2008, with the original <br />on file in my office and that the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same <br />relates to a Resolution directing certification of Delinquent Sewer Charges. <br />WITNESS my hand as such Clerk and the City Clerk's seal this 21st day of October, 2008. <br />CITY CLERK <br />CITY OF GEM.
