Gem Lake city Ordinances were considered and passed by <br />unanimous votes of all.City Council members present at the October:21st, <br />2008.meeting of the Gem Lake.City Council..These Ordinances were <br />considered at public hearings held by the City Council in 4 February 2008 and <br />October 6, 2008 at City Council workshops. <br />1) Proposed Ordinance No: 87 An Ordinance to require city licenses for <br />certain home construction contractors <br />2) Proposed Ordinance No.. 88 An Ordinance requiring escrowing of funds for <br />Zoning changes <br />3) Proposed Ordinance No. 89 An Ordinance requiring escrowing of funds for <br />Sub -divisions <br />4) Proposed Ordinance No. 92 An Ordinance.describing environmental review <br />procedures for proposed projects <br />5) Proposed Ordinance No. 95 An Ordinance establishing regnlations.for operation <br />:Of pawnbroker shops <br />6) Proposed Ordinance No; 100 An Ordinance requiring iandscapiug of new <br />construction and requiring maintenance of <br />existing landscaping <br />Thcfollowing Gem Lake City Ordinances were coris1dered and passed by <br />tinanimous..votes of all City Council present at.the,October21st, <br />2008 meeting of the Gem Lake City Council.. The following City Ordinances <br />were considered.at a..public hearing held bythe City Council at. the.
