License <br />Ordinance. (A copy of the Ordinance is enclosed for your information.) <br />The purpose of enacting this Ordinance two fold: <br />(1) To insure that all businesses operating in Gem Lake are complying with <br />City Codes, State and Federal regulations, and applicable fire codes so as <br />not to create a public nuisance which could affect the general health, <br />welfare and safety of the citizens of Gem Lake; and <br />(2) To help identify business locations and types. <br />Enclosed please find a Business License Application form and the Certificate <br />of Compliance Minnesota Workers' Compensation Law form.
