misdemeanor, or misdemeanor with a jail sentence. If the City rejects the <br />applicant's request on this basis, the City shall notify the applicant in <br />writing of the following: <br />2-2.2(a). <br />2-2.2(b). <br />2-2.2(c). <br />2-2.2(d). <br />The grounds and reasons for the denial. <br />The applicant complaint and grievance procedure set <br />forth in Minnesota Statutes, Section 364.06. <br />The earliest date the applicant may reapply for the <br />license. <br />That all competent evidence of rehabilitation will be <br />considered upon reapplication. <br />SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY. Should any section, subdivision, clause or other <br />provision of this Ordinance be held to be invalid by any court of competent <br />jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a <br />whole, or of any part hereof, other than the part held to be invalid. <br />SECTION 4. EFFECTIVE DATE.
