Fremont <br />VM: 763-231.6203 <br />Email: dansellefremontgwbllaw:net <br />My firm and its predecessor Meslow & Olson has served as the Gem Lake City <br />Prosecutor since the early 1990's_ Our wont is somewhat sporadic, since the volume of <br />cases is not very high. I did have one case go to trial last year, resulting in a conviction. <br />I am very interested in continuing as the Gem Lake City Prosecutor. Regarding <br />my fees, I propose the following: <br />Arraignments (first appearance) <br />Preparation of Gross Misdemeanor Complaints <br />Pre -trials <br />Court Trials (Traffic) <br />Jury Trials (initial appearance) <br />$ 25001case <br />$ 50.00/case <br />$ 85.00/case <br />10.0-00lcase <br />$ 100.00/case <br />As has been our previous practice, an hourly rate of $105.00 per hour will apply <br />to preparation for any actual time spent conducting jury trials, and any appellate work. <br />The above rates will be effective January 1, 2009. <br />I: would appreciate it if you would forward my proposal to the City Council for <br />review as you deem necessary. I last met with the council at the end of 2007, and am <br />aware that there has been considerable turnover since then. I would be happy to attend a <br />City Council meeting to answer any questions or introduce myself. <br />
