CITY OF GEM LAKE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO.93 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 64E REGARDING THE <br />COLLECTION.OF UNPAID SEWER CONNECI'ION.CHARGES IN THE CITY OF <br />GEM LAKE <br />THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF GEM LAKE ORDAINS: <br />Section t. Amendment. Section 5.2. of Ordinance 64E ishereby amended to add the <br />following provision to the end of the current text: <br />As provided for by Minnesota Statutes § 444.075,. subd..3e, any unpaid <br />connection charge or fee shall be certified to the county auditor for collection as <br />other taxes are collected, <br />Section 2. SEVERABILITY.. Should any section, subdivision, clause or other <br />provision of this Ordinance be held to be invalid in any court of competent jurisdiction, <br />such decisionshall not affect the validityof the Ordinance as a whole, or of any part <br />hereof, other than the part held to be invalid. <br />Section 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
